2. We charge a standard rate of £75 for every 1200 sq ft. Every Additional sq ft is charged at 5 pence
3. Ordnance Survey Map (dxf electronic format for CAD users) will be ordered from Promap. We will normally charge £40 to complete this.
4. Administration and Stationery cost is £10.
5. Transport costs to and from sites within London is £20. The cost includes possible parkings charges.
6. Transport costs to and from sites outside London are subject to prevailing fares. We cover the whole of England. Whenever our staff from London cannot travel to certain sites, we use our freelance agents scattered all over England to undertake the survey.
7. ALL OUR CHARGES ARE SUBJECT TO VAT at 15%
The final cost figure is adjusted once the survey is completed.

As data charges from local authorities in London vary considerably, it is no longer appropriate to quote a uniform price for a HIP.
